At Couvance we respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, for what purpose and what your rights are. As we serve clients in any country, we apply the strictest standard: the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), together with Articles 28 and 60 of the Constitution of Venezuela and the data protection laws of your country of residence (for example, Mexico's LFPDPPP, Colombia's Law 1581, Argentina's Law 25.326 or Brazil's LGPD).

2. Data we collect

This website's form prepares a WhatsApp message. You can review it before sending; until then, what you type stays in your browser. If we measure visits, we do so in aggregate with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify visitors. This website does not include advertising. Contact conversations that do not lead to a contract are kept only as long as needed to answer your enquiry, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

  • Contact data: name, email, phone and company, when you provide them voluntarily in forms or on WhatsApp.
  • Technical data: IP address, device type, browser, language and pages visited.
  • Contractual data: those needed for invoicing and service delivery (tax ID, address, etc.).

3. Purposes of processing

  • Answering your questions and sending commercial proposals.
  • Performing service contracts and invoicing.
  • Meeting legal, accounting and tax obligations.
  • Sending commercial communications only if you have given express consent.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your data on the basis of: (a) your consentgiven expressly, (b) the performance of the contract that binds us, or (c) compliance with legal obligations.

5. Data retention

We keep data only for as long as needed for the stated purposes. Contractual data is archived for the legal tax limitation period (at least 5 years in Venezuela).

6. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell personal data. We only share it with providers that help us operate the service:

  • Email: Gmail (Google).
  • Messaging: WhatsApp / Meta Platforms.
  • Payment gateways: the platforms we agree with you (for example, PayPal, Zelle or bank transfer).

These third parties apply EU standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards to ensure an adequate level of protection.

7. International transfers

Some providers store data outside your country of residence (e.g. the US). We ensure the corresponding legal safeguards in every case.

You have the right to:

10. Minors

Our services are not aimed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without parental authorization.
